Meet the Team Behind the Stampede

There’s a lot more to the Snake River Stampede than what happens inside the arena. Long before the lights come on, the crowd fills the venue, and the cowboys ride through the chutes, there is a dedicated team working behind the scenes to make it all happen.

From coordinating vendors and sponsors to managing volunteers, VIP experiences, tickets, hospitality, events, communications, and all the little details in between, the Stampede office is the hub that keeps this legendary event moving.

At the center of it all are the people who answer the phones, solve the problems, make the phone calls, send the emails, build the schedules, and somehow keep smiling when the unexpected happens.

Lynn Calvin brings years of experience, passion, and dedication to the Stampede. She is one of the familiar faces behind the scenes, helping ensure that every piece of the event comes together and that the traditions of the Snake River Stampede continue to thrive.

Brandie Ambroz helps keep the many moving pieces organized, from vendors, to special events, hospitality, communications, and day-to-day coordination.

If it needs to be scheduled, organized, communicated, or figured out, chances are it has made its way through the Stampede office!

Together with an incredible team of staff, volunteers, board members, sponsors, and community partners, these women help make the Snake River Stampede more than just a rodeo.

They help make it a tradition.
