Starting therapy can feel scary.

You’re meeting someone new and being asked to talk about parts of your life you may not talk about often, or at all.

You might wonder what you’re supposed to say, whether you’ll be judged, or if therapy will actually help.

You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to tell your whole story in the first session. And you don’t have to know exactly what you want to work on yet.

We can start wherever you are.

Sometimes the first step is simply having a space where you can talk and be curious about yourself.

It’s okay if starting feels uncomfortable. Take it one step at a time 💚
