🕣 Camp: 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
⏰ After Care: 4:00–6:00 PM ($5/day)

I want to take a moment to recognize my Senseis because without them none of this is possible.

Often we talk about performance and results but sometimes in the excitement of the moment we lose sight of something so foundational to the journey and we fail to acknowledge the entire reason for our success.

We have a stellar team, great sensei and athletes, as well as amazing coaches and referees to represent our style…all of that is true but what sometimes gets missed in the movement is why.

Sensei John Ingram and Sensei Cindy Ingram are where all of this began. They are mine and Sensei Sheri’s sensei and they are the reason we are able to do all of this.

Without their leadership I wouldn’t even be able to come close to doing what now comes as second nature to me and it’s ALL because I got to grow up watching and shadowing them. Learning from the absolute best there is in the karate industry.

Every win, every accomplishment and every celebration happens because they paved the way for not only Sensei Sheri and I but for ALL OF ISSHINRYU 🥋❤️

I could never explain exactly what their roles in my life means to me because it extends far beyond the dojo but just know this, if you are ANY Isshinryu practitioner and you had moments of success at nationals it is in large part because of Sensei John & Cindy Ingram. I am forever grateful ❤️🥋❤️

Ingrams Team ranked 10th out of 94 teams bringing home a total of 53 medals 🥇 🥋 congratulations to all of the Ingram’s athletes and coaches for your hard work and for being a trailblazer for Isshinryu.
