Blast from the past. Six Harmony school honored with a Wing Chun poem by Yee Hung Gar's teacher (Sifu Frank Yee) for continuous participation and championships in their tournaments. The presentation was given at a tournament by Sifu Pedro.

Wing Chun is not just about Chi Sao (Sticking Hands).

It has been a difficult time for the whole world. Everyone should practice self defense for the visible and the the invisible. My wish is that everyone is able to remain healthy and happy.
