ISO Cups are a simple solution for isometric training at the rack station. They eliminate the need to move the bar in and out of the rack like you would when using safety pins or J-Cups.
-
Set the bar, perform the isometric, then let go. The bar stays securely in the cup, making isometric training faster and easier to implement.
-
ISO Cups are in stock in all three variations:
• 1” holes for 3x3” racks
• 5/8” holes for 3x3” racks
• 1” holes for 4x3” Power Lift racks

New Product: Kettlebell Upright Storage Hook
-
Keep kettlebells off the floor and within easy reach. The Kettlebell Upright Storage Hook holds a single kettlebell directly on your rack upright and attaches with just one bolt. Its U-shaped channel locks around the upright to prevent the hook from rotating during use.
-
Compatible with 3x3” tubing with either 1” or 5/8” holes.
-
This is just one of our many rack storage solutions. Check out the full lineup on our Rack Storage page!

Over the last 20+ years we have been refining our rack system based training system around training small groups of athletes from 2-5. One thing we realized is the more different kinds of equipment you can store at the rack the more programmable the station is and the more efficient the lift will be. By not storing dbs on a single rack and spreading them out through the facility, you create a room with much better flow and ability to train with DB’s.
-
1. Store on 43” DB Trays inside racks.
2. Store on 72” DB Trays Between Racks
3. Add PowerBlock Rack Mounts to Crossmembers
4. Add PowerBlock Rack Mounts to Uprights
5. PowerBlock Independent DB Storage Stand
