Most people are still asleep.
But in here, the lights are on, the barbells are loaded, and the work is already getting done.
There’s something special about training while the sun comes up. No distractions. No excuses. Just an hour dedicated to getting stronger.
The early mornings aren’t always easy, but they’re always worth it.
