The City of North Little Rock and the North Little Rock Police Department invite you to join us for the formal swearing-in of Hayward Finks as the next Chief of Police. The ceremony and reception will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the North Little Rock Event Center, 120 Main Street.

This event marks a historic moment as Chief Finks becomes the first Black Chief of Police in the City of North Little Rock. Residents, partners, and community leaders are encouraged to attend and help welcome him into this important role. We look forward to celebrating this milestone with you.
