Our vision is to provide a sacred space for healing and personal transformation. Our center offers A sacred space for healing and personal transformation.

A-yama is a Sanskrit word that means to expand, to extend, to manifest beyond restrains, to release, to liberate. All of our classes are hands-on, where mixed level practitioners of all ages find individualized attention, knowledgeable help and nurturing guidance. To complement the practice of Yoga, Ayama offers a wide selection of holistic healing arts, such as Qigong, Acupuncture, Reiki, Massage

Just another morning at Ayama, turning things upside down together 🙃

Every inversion looks different. The practice is learning to trust your own.

What will you learn in our 200-hour yoga teacher training?

We’ll study yoga history and philosophy, anatomy, alignment, sequencing, breathwork, meditation, Sanskrit, mantra, Ayurveda and teaching skills. You’ll also have hands-on practice teaching, a comprehensive manual and 36 yoga classes at Ayama.

By the end of the training, you’ll have complete Hatha and Restorative sequences and be prepared to confidently guide both styles of class. We’ll give you the knowledge, structure, practice and support—but becoming a teacher also requires your own effort and participation.

Our next training begins August 22. Enrollment is closing now—message us to learn more.

A little corner of North Miami that has become home to so many of us.

You come in for a yoga class, and somewhere along the way you find your people, your practice, your routine, a place to land.

We love our little studio. 🌿

12 days until we begin. 🌿
Learning to teach yoga goes far beyond learning a sequence. It’s learning how to observe, adjust, use props intelligently, and help different bodies experience a posture.
Here, Mano demonstrates one way to use a strap in Downward Dog — a small example of the practical teaching tools we explore throughout our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
We begin August 22, and enrollment is closing soon.
One scholarship remains. Payment plans are also available.
If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time to reach out.
DM “YTT” to apply or ask us anything.

One of the things you’ll notice about Mano’s teaching is his attention to detail.
Sometimes the smallest adjustment—or the right prop at the right moment—completely changes the experience of a pose.
This is the kind of thoughtful observation and hands-on guidance you’ll experience throughout our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, beginning August 22.
Curious? Join us for a class and experience it for yourself. 🌿 DM YTT to get started :)
