Mental health is just as important as physical health. 💜🧠

Athletes spend countless hours training their bodies, but taking care of their minds matters too. Stress, pressure, confidence, school, relationships and competition can all impact how you feel both on and off the court.

This World Mental Health Day, we're reminding our athletes that it Takes No Talent to pause, reflect and check in with themselves. Self-awareness, resilience and support are all part of the journey.

Remember:
✨ Focus on what you can control
✨ Accept what you cannot control
✨ Ask for support when you need it
✨ Your value is not determined by a score, statistic or outcome

At Infinity, we believe you can have it all: growth, balance, confidence and support.
