F3 Valhalla - St Charles - O’Fallon

What do you do when a HIM (High Impact Man) is headed to Florida - we throw a party for his final Q!!! That's right Moon Rider is headed South and we surprised him with a full breakfast cookout. We presented him with a special hammer only to be wielded by someone worthy of it! Also presented with a special coupon and his onw flag to plant in Daytona, we also have a region starter kit headed his way.

After the workout we typically stick around for a bit of fellowship and coffee.

Congratulations to our Valhalla Team of AOL, Dobbs, Greenbow, and Moonrider for completing this 1st ever Phalanx Challenge. 9 teams traveling mostly around the Cottleville area doing several challenges some extremely grueling throughout the night into the morning.
