Straight Cheetah Fitness coalition with a cause CrossFit Straight Cheetah is the premier CrossFit facility in the St. Clair metro area. Education is the way to grow Fitness!

Our mission is to provide the community with the best and most efficient fitness training and to educate our clients on the CrossFit methodology which is geared towards strength training, cardio, and endurance. Our focus is education not just for the beginners, but for the elite athletes as well. From the first time client to the full-time athlete, we promote and develop challenging workouts that are functional to all levels of fitness. Because CrossFit Straight Cheetah recognizes that each individual comes from a diverse fitness background, we welcome new experiences and knowledge into our box. We believe that through proper education, you can change the world through a healthier, fitter YOU!

Member of the month: Justin Stern

Favorite movement: Deadlift, bar mu, and echo bike

Fun facts about him: He loves Disc golf, video games, and likes to dance. He's a Ravens/Orioles fan. He has a spoiled cat, used to play soccer and throw shot and discus in track and field in High school, which placed 7th at State in his senior year, and has a BA in Fine Arts. He has a NASM cert. Has been doing CrossFit for 7 years, and has thalassophobia (fear of big bodies of water).

Why i love him: He is very passionate about what he is into whether that is disc golf or crossfit or even being a huge supporter of his fellow cheetahs. He is always willing to throwdown for a tough comp or wod.

Fun facts about her: she loves to listening to pop music, playing video games, and making colorful art!

Fav CrossFit movement: Rowing… and burpees! (no one can fall on the floor better than her)

Why i love her: she does crossfit for such a deep purpose and is really into feeling her body and knows what it wants and needs. She is also willing to put herself out their for those she loves.
