Boxing For Health is a locally-owned boxing gym that has been serving clients in the Oakland area since 2010. Our gym offers you the opportunity to work out like a pro boxer to lose weight, increase muscle tone, and gain mental toughness while learning boxing techniques. In addition to boxing classes and programs, we also offer personal training, open gym memberships, kids classes, and teen classes, all taught by professional boxers, coaches, and trainers.
