81reps in 7min
LONG CYCLE 2x28kg
Pace: 10,11,12,11,12,11,14rep
That was good !
Plan was to get 11.5rpm on average.
Three ways to do it:
1. 12,11,12,11,12,11,12reps
Felt a bit too aggressive.
2. 11,12,11,12,11,12,12
Better, but the pace wave breaks in the last two minutes.
3. 10,11,12,11,12,11,12
This one I liked the best - very peaceful start.
Good pace wave- easy 6th minute to generate energy for the last minute .
Worked so well, I’ve managed 14 reps for the last minute !
Pace planning is so important 🙌
Never underestimate it.
Find a few minutes to really think about it before you’ll start your set.

Fellow kettlebell sport athletes know the feeling…
You’re going at max pace through ten 1-minute intervals with 1 minute of rest between each.
The final sets push your heart rate past 180 bpm.
And when it’s over, you’re sitting there thinking:
“Man, what just happened?”
I’ve barely survived it, I feel like dying, and it was awesome. 😅
I’m done for now…
But I’ll definitely do it again.
BellSlingers Competition | Video Submission
10min LONG CYCLE 2 x 26kg (24kg division)
Unofficial result: 116 reps
It was a very interesting challenge to lift these odd weights - not as heavy as 28kg, but heavier than 24kg.
Very useful- improves your adaptation skills.

Kettlebell Sport LONG CYCLE 2×28kg
In Slow Motion (Front & Side View)
Working on maintaining an upright torso position:
1 — When landing the elbows into the Rack after the Clean.
I’d say I’m doing a pretty good job here.
The torso is quite literally vertical, and the kettlebell weight is being transferred directly into the pelvis through the elbows.
2 — When landing the elbows into the Rack after the Jerk.
Here you can see a slight backward incline.
The truth is that we need to land the kettlebells on the shoulders first to shorten the falling distance. Therefore, we naturally lean back slightly.
The challenge is to keep this lean to a minimum, avoid slowing the kettlebells down on the shoulders, continue the descent, and direct the kettlebell weight into the pelvis through the elbows as they land in the Rack.
