In addition to our 24 station circuit workout, we now offer a spacious functional training / free weight area for members to do their own workouts and a fully loaded cardio room

🚨 FallRight Class is back! 🚨 Many of our members loved this class and we are happy to announce that Marisa will be leading another class session on June 10 at 12:30pm!

The instructor, Marisa, will teach you skills to prepare your body before a fall ever happens. Through guided instruction and specific drills, you will learn how to regain balance when it’s disrupted and how to meet the ground safely when a fall can’t be avoided, reducing injury and building trust in yourself.

Our Boxing Bootcamp class allows members to gain strength, speed, hand-eye coordination and endurance! 💪🏽 Our instructor, James, understands that every member is different. Some are faster, others are stronger and some have tremendous defense. He will help you find strength and talent in boxing! 🥊
