Total Terror Podium! 🥇🥈🥉

These Athletes took home one of a kind trophies and cold hard CASH for their effort and had a blast doing it.

Together, with the participants and our local partners we were able to push another large donation towards Dwyerfire Goldstar Foundation and we're so grateful to be able to do this.

Total Terror, T1's bespoke Halloween Themed Charity Weightlifting Competition happens TONIGHT.

The only event of its kind & a true adrenaline rush.

20 Minutes to Establish 1 Rep Max Lifts in:

The "CF Total": Strict Press - Backsquat - Deadlift
- or-
The "Other Total": Clean - Bench Press - Overhead Squat

Come hang out and watch your fellow athletes lift big weight for Charity! It's a costume party so play along and wear one!

Check ins for Competitors can begin as early as 4:30pm & late check ins are okay, just know if you miss the brief and your instructions, that's on you!

Winners are chosen by Wilks Coefficient and not by total weight lifted, this means the best pound for pound lifters take the podium, not just the biggest.

Total Terror Skull Trophies received a major upgrade this year. Still handmade, by me, & this time around 1st through 3rd place will receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze skulls for their podium finish along with cold hard CASH.
