Here's a little about her: I’ve been instructing Reformer Pilates since May 2024. My love for the variety that Reformer Pilates brings keeps me in a constant loop of learning more and teaching more. I consider it a great privilege to witness my clients grow their confidence and achieve mental clarity, all while staying active and moving their bodies. I’ve always considered myself an active person, but Pilates truly felt like the missing puzzle piece in my fitness journey. Hitting those mini muscles and taking those big breaths is what makes me feel complete!
