Coach Reannah is leading our Maple Xcel Silver gymnasts through leg stretches and conditioning! Flexibility and strength are both important parts of gymnastics, and these girls are making time for both during practice. 💜

Our Maple Recreational Girls wrapped up their gymnastics class with a little parachute fun! There’s nothing like getting everyone together for some laughs, teamwork, and a colorful way to finish the day. 💜

Who else thinks parachute time is the best way to end class? 🙌

Every piece has its place! 🧩💜

Our Maple Xcel gymnasts got creative making their own puzzle pieces for their team puzzle! Each gymnast brings something special to the group, and we love seeing all those personalities come together.

Because a great team is made up of lots of different pieces! ✨

Just hanging around... literally! 😂

Alice from Xcel Platinum was busy practicing on bars when she decided to pause for a hilarious upside-down pose!

Because sometimes you've just gotta stop mid-practice and give the camera a little personality! 💜📸

Never a dull moment with you, Alice!

Two gymnasts, two new kips! 🎉🤸‍♀️

Big congratulations to Bella and Wrenley from Advanced Girls, who both got their kips on bars! It’s an exciting milestone and a skill that takes plenty of practice, coordination, and determination to master. 💜

We’re so proud of you both! Give Bella and Wrenley some love in the comments! 👏

Breaking news from Maple: the Tooth Fairy has a new stop to make! 🦷🧚‍♀️

Emma from Xcel Bronze lost a tooth during gymnastics class! We love that she got to share this little milestone with her gym family. 💜

Looks like Emma's leaving practice with one less tooth and a pretty good story to tell! 😂✨

When we say our gym is welcoming to everyone in our community, we mean everyone! 🦃😂

These guys scored a 10/10 on curiosity, even if their dismount off the truck bed was a little clumsy. We’ll stick to coaching our amazing kids inside, but full points to these turkeys for the enthusiasm! 🤸‍♀️

Looks like word about Metro Stars has officially spread beyond the human community. 😂 Who knows, maybe they were just stopping by Papio to check out the gym before heading on their way!

Still loving every class. 💜

“My daughter has been attending classes at the Maple location for almost a year and I couldn't be happier. She is in multiple classes weekly and all of her coaches are great! They are very involved in the practices and work with each student to help them improve their skills and move to the next level. I have never had a bad interaction with any of the coaches or staff and I highly recommend Metro Stars Maple.”
– Jasmine L.

From multiple weekly classes to the relationships she’s built with her coaches, we’re glad Maple has become a place she enjoys coming back to. Thank you for the recommendation, Jasmine!

Sometimes trying something new turns into finding something they really love. 💫

“We've thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Metro! Trying this new sport has helped our little girl become more confident and she's really thriving with the new skills she's learning – she loves the challenge! The teachers make the learning fun and I have a blast watching her grow through these practices!”
– Brandee M.

That mix of learning, challenge, and genuinely enjoying class is exactly what we want kids to experience in the gym. Thank you, Brandee, for letting us know how much she’s enjoying it!

If your family has found something special at Metro Stars too, we’d love to read about it in a Google review.

Inclusion helps every child grow. ✨

At Connected Roots Care Center, children with diverse abilities learn, play, and grow side by side. By creating an environment where every child is welcomed and supported, CRCC helps children build friendships, empathy, confidence, and a stronger sense of belonging.

Their work shows what is possible when children are given the opportunity to learn from one another while receiving the individualized care they need to thrive.

As September comes to a close, your Open Gym visits are still making a difference. 20% of our September Open Gym proceeds will be donated to support CRCC and their commitment to embracing every ability and empowering every family.

A big check and one very cute special guest! 🐶💙

We were so excited to present Hands, Hearts and Paws with $1,759.20 from our August Give Back Program, and they even brought a furry friend along for the occasion! 🐾

Every Open Gym visit throughout August helped make this possible, with 20% of the proceeds supporting their work to rescue, fully vet, and find the right loving homes for dogs in need.

A huge thank you to our Metro Stars families for continuing to show up, have fun, and help us give back to organizations making a difference in our community. 💙
