Oh, IT GRL. Where do we even begin? 🥹

You were once just an idea. A dream, a vision, and a whole lot of faith that we could create something special.

Somewhere along the way, you became so much more than a fitness studio. You became friendships, familiar faces, first classes, milestones, happy tears, hard days, and a community we never could have imagined when we first opened our doors. Before all the trends..before all of the wellness events and pop ups…there was us: The OG “safe space for the girlies”

Every little corner of this space holds a memory. And while we knew this day would eventually come, nobody really prepares you for how emotional it feels to outgrow something you love so much.

But the beautiful thing about growth is that we don’t have to leave behind everything that made us who we are.

We’re taking the heart of IT GRL FIT, every lesson, every memory, and every single one of you, into this next chapter.

This isn’t the end of our story. It’s everything we’ve been building toward.

Thank you for loving our little studio as much as we have. You made her what she is. 🤍

Bringing something new to Orlando is kind of our thing.

We started by bringing Orlando its first Lagree studio and introducing a method we believed in before most of our city even knew what it was.

And apparently, we’re not very good at stopping there.

We’ve been listening, learning, growing and paying attention to what our community wants from fitness now.

More ways to move. More room to get curious. More opportunities to discover what makes you feel strong, connected and excited to keep showing up.

IT GRL was the beginning. Now we’re doing what we do best and bringing Orlando something new.

And this time, we want to build it with you. We can’t wait to make this next chapter a collaborative experience, bringing you along for the build, asking for your feedback and letting our community have a voice in what comes next.

So stay tuned. We have a lot to show you. 👀

After almost 3 years together, our clients are our “why”. So much love, care and intention goes into what we do at IT GRL, and knowing that you can actually feel that when you walk through our doors means everything to us.
