GRiT OUTside! is happening July 17-19, 2026 at Life Adventure Center in Versailles, KY!

For KY NICA girls (grades 5-12): GRiT OUTside! is all about bikes, dirt, fun, and finding your crew — no pressure, just good vibes and epic rides.

For moms, coaches, supporters, and all women who ride (or just want to hang!): Join us at GRiT camp! Challenge by choice, all skill levels welcome, riding totally optional.

GRiT (Girls Riding Together) is NICA's nationwide initiative to recruit and retain more girls and female coaches in mountain biking programs.

Have a say in trail access at Mammoth Cave 🚴‍♂️
Public comments help guide future trail access for riders and families, and this is an easy way to be part of that conversation.

Mammoth Cave National Park is asking for public input on a proposal that could expand where bicycles (and horses) are allowed in the park.

The proposal includes:
• Bike access on ~37 miles of multi-use trails
• Careful environmental review with no significant impact found

Families, riders, and outdoor enthusiasts are invited to share feedback.

The KICL Rumble at Rudy Mines race was full of speed, competition, and nonstop excitement! Riders from across the region hit the trails, and the crowd brought the energy. Huge thanks to everyone who raced, volunteered, or came out to cheer! You made Rudy Mines the place to be this weekend!

🎉 Season opener at our home course was a huge success! So proud of our riders—two even got interviewed on the news! 🙌 Our team represents the Owensboro area (including Southern Indiana).
These athletes are showing the heart, grit, and fun of youth mountain biking. 🏔️🚵‍♂️ We are so proud of how the race went!

Rumble at Rudy Mine kicks off 2025 KICL season The 2025 KICL mountain bike season has officially begun.
Youth riders from all over the state of Kentucky showed out to the Rudy Mines Bike Track to show their stuff.
