For the rest of June and the entire month of July we will be offering FREE classes for all new clients who would like to try out our aquatic classes! Please call the office at 831-641-7526 to register for your free class 🏋️‍♀️🩱🌊

Come join us:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:00 am for our Aquatic Workout class
Tuesday for our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class
Thursday for our Ai-Chi

Each class is 50 minutes and our instructors are Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) certified. If you have any questions feel free to call the office at 831-641-7526 or send us an email: [email protected]

Our facility provides all necessary equipment for classes and showers to rinse off before and after in! We can’t wait to see you all in the pool!

The MATC had an amazing time in Florida at the International Aquatic Fitness & Therapy Conference! We learned so many cool workouts, therapy techniques, and more. Our team can’t wait to share all that we learned with the rest of our staff and our clients! We also had a chance to catch up with our favorite Swim Angelfish instructors
