Counting down the days... it's almost time for camp #1 June 4-7 open to ALL Pre-Team and up athletes! We still have a few spots left if you would like to join. All campers, please submit your balance. Camp leotards will be distributed Thursday the first day of camp. So excited to have 13 states represented at our summer camps! Come join the excitement!

This is what dedication is… Makes me so happy to walk in the gym on a Saturday morning and see all of these girls working so hard... I told them, you know what you guys are incredible because guess what??? most of your friends are home sleeping on an early Saturday morning and look at you all in here sweating and working so hard! High five to all of you!!!! thank you for your dedication to your sport and to Edgewater Gymnastics… We respect you very much!

Last night was Abby,'s graduation! We are so proud of all her accomplishments and great leadership, but what I love most is the team support… Thank you girls for being there for Abby, and thank you Sarah and John for sharing your daughter with us all these years and trusting us with her journey. Happy graduation Abby,. We are going to miss you as we will miss all of our graduates.... just too many this year!!! 😢

Completely overwhelmed with gratitude tonight. ❤️
A few days ago I shared that my nutritional formula had suddenly become unavailable Nationwide, after fighting so hard to finally get it approved. I truly was not looking for sympathy… I was simply sharing my reality.
Today, anonymous angels showed up at the gym with nutrition, encouragement, kindness, and this beautiful note.
After more than 50 years of coaching, one of the greatest blessings has been trying to teach young athletes not only how to succeed in gymnastics...but how to become kind, compassionate human beings.
Today, I was reminded that kindness comes back around.
This gift was so much bigger than formula. It was love. It was humanity. It was hope.
To whoever sent this…thank you from the bottom of my heart. You touched me more than words can express. THANK YOU!! ❤️🐢❤️
