Starting October 23rd, our Thursday 6:30 PM class is now Reformer 1!

Designed with beginners in mind, Reformer 1 is a great starting point for anyone new to Reformer Pilates. This class focuses on the fundamentals and building confidence on the reformer, with a slower pace and more time for transitions.

Reformer 1 can still deliver a challenging, full-body workout, with exercises and variations tailored to those attending.

All experience levels are welcome!

Does Monday at 3:30 PM work for you?

We’re keeping our Monday 3:30 PM Reformer Pilates class on the schedule through October 26 while we continue to gauge interest in this class time.

Attendance has been a little lighter than we need to make it a permanent part of the schedule, so if 3:30 PM fits your schedule, come join us in October!

If attendance picks up, we’ll keep it. If not, we’ll likely say goodbye to this class time after October 26.

💛 Gentle Reformer Update (initially called Senior Strength & Mobility)

Our five-week Gentle Reformer trial is coming to an end! Thank you to everyone who joined us and gave the class a try.

After evaluating the trial, Gentle Reformer will not be added to our permanent weekly schedule at this time. Our final class will be Wednesday, September 9 at 12:30 PM.

Thank you for helping us continue to shape the schedule around what works best for our community.
