Our athlete Viviana Duarte is currently competing in “La Olimpiada Nacional de México” taking place in León, Guanajuato 🇲🇽 from May 5th–9th.
Representing the state of Quintana Roo, she will be racing in the 50m, 100m, and 200m Breaststroke, 50m Freestyle, and relays. We wish her the very best and are proud to see her representing our team on such a big stage. 💙🏊♀️

We are incredibly proud of our athletes:
Juan Vallmitjana, Felipe Alvarez, Javier Colmenares, Naiyla Di Sarno, Alex Diaz, Laila Harran, Carley Kaplan, Noah Mejias, Liliana Novak, Maria Perez, Addison Scott, Lismar Lyon and Eric Veit, for their performance at the Fort Lauderdale Open.
This meet marks the close of an important stage for our team, and the results truly reflect the journey. Many of our swimmers achieved personal bests, broke through their own limits, and showed the progress that comes from showing up every single day with discipline and heart. Seeing that growth is what makes this process so meaningful.
We also want to recognize the families behind each athlete. Your constant support, sacrifices, and belief in them make all of this possible.
And most importantly, we want to express our deepest gratitude and love to our Head Coach, Chris Anderson. There are no words to fully capture how much you mean to this team. Your passion, patience, and dedication go far beyond the pool. You don’t just train athletes, you shape people, build confidence, and inspire greatness in each of them. We are truly grateful to have you leading us and guiding this journey.

Gretchen Walsh Breaks World Record On Final Day Of Speedo Fort Lauderdale Open; SoFlo’s Lismar Lyon, Juan Vallmitjana Break National, Junior National Records

Our athlete Juan Vallmitjana secured an impressive 3rd place in the 800m freestyle, competing against some of the best swimmers in the world.
In addition, he set a new Spanish Junior National Record (the country he represents internationally) with a time of 7:57.70, breaking his own previous time.

Our athlete Lismar Lyon delivered an outstanding performance, placing 3rd in the 50m butterfly at the Fort Lauderdale Open 2026, competing against some of the best swimmers in the world.
She touched the wall in 26.32, just 0.02 seconds off the Venezuelan national record (26.30) a time she set herself at the Singapore World Championships 2025.
We are incredibly proud of her dedication, consistency, and international level. 💙🏊♀️🔥

We are proud to share that our athlete, Juan Vallmitjana, 17 years old, competed in the 1500m freestyle final at the Speedo Fort Lauderdale Open. Juan delivered an outstanding performance, earning a well deserved 3rd place finish with an impressive time of 15:22.96.
We are extremely proud of his dedication, discipline, and continued progress in the pool. This is just one of his events in the competition, as he still has more races ahead. We look forward to seeing him continue to perform at a high level throughout the meet🤩.
