Mon: 6-7am, 11:30am-1pm, 7-8pm
Tues: 5:30-7am, 11:30am-1pm
Wed: 6-7am, 7-8pm
Thurs: 5:30-7am, 11:30am-1pm
Fri: 5:30-7am, 11:30am-1pm
Sat: 8-9:30am
