Precision Shooting Center is hiring!

We’re looking for a motivated Membership and Event Coordinator to help us grow Minnesota’s premier simulation-focused shooting destination in Plymouth, MN.

This role is perfect for a relationship-driven pro who loves sales, networking, and creating memorable experiences. You’ll sell memberships, build partnerships with local businesses and groups, coordinate private events, corporate outings, and team-building sessions, and help deliver safe, fun, innovative simulator experiences—no live fire.
What we’re offering:

$20–$24/hour + commission
Bonus eligible
401(k) with match
Medical, dental & vision
PTO + holiday pay

Ideal candidates have:

Proven sales or membership experience (hospitality, entertainment, fitness, etc.)
Strong people skills and a passion for customer service
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and opening/closing as needed
Enthusiasm for simulation-based shooting
