Well, this came out pretty good. It’s one cup of egg whites one scoop of protein powder, and 2 teaspoons of a zero calorie sweetener I use monk fruit.  beat the egg whites until they formed stiff peaks. Add in the 2 teaspoons of a 0 cal sweetener beat again for about a minute then fold in the protein powder. I use strawberry vanilla but I’m gonna experiment you gotta cook it. Put it on a pan like I did you can put it on a square pan and baking the oven at 3:54 I would say 20 minutes I did longer and it kinda burnt so I did another one and I did 20 minutes and it looks excellent.
