Another weekend, another championship. Congrats to the Senior Fed boys for their win this past weekend in the West Albany JBO Tyler Troyer Memorial Tournament. Ida B. Wells High School Baseball

Congratulations to the WYB Senior Federal team for bringing home the championship in the Clackamas Junior Baseball Memorial Day Classic. They kept their composure and worked well as a team to put together a 4-0 weekend. Ida B. Wells High School Baseball

Save the date - The Hillsboro Hops Youth Sports Weekend is coming up and not to be missed. Saturday, June 13th and Sunday, June 14th.
The Saturday game has a 5:03PM start time, and the Sunday game starts at 1:05PM. Both days will have an on-field parade for participating youth teams prior to the start of the game, an opportunity to take a team picture with Barley, and the option/opportunity to run the bases post-game!

Congratulations to Senior American 13U player Ethan Carr on his five-inning no-hitter in tonight's win over Dayton. Carr struck out eight, walking just one runner on an efficient 61 pitches.

Shout out to the Senior National team for taking second place🥈 in the Milwaukie Mustang Invitational JBO Junior National tournament earlier this month.

Evaluation Date Announcement

SWPLL is partnering with WYB to charter an 10U (or younger) Select Team for the 2026 season.

📅 Evaluations will be Sunday, Nov 30 - 1-3PM at Ida B Wells.
⚾ Continue playing with their SWPLL team during the spring season
⚾ Compete in 2–4 local tournaments across the PDX/Vancouver area
💰 Player Cost: Approximately $525 (financial assistance available)
📍 Season: Practices begin in December; tournaments run March–June
