🚨BREAKING: Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan’s administration awarded nearly $8 million to an organization that provides “booty bumping” kits so drug users can ingest he**in, m**h, and ketamine through the re**um.
The money went to Southside Harm Reduction Services as part of a $100 million homelessness grant package Flanagan and Gov. Tim Walz announced. State records show $7.9 million in grants and contracts to the group since 2023.
The kits include free l**e and instructions that tell users to “try to p**p before” so the drugs are absorbed better, and to stand, squat, or lay on their side. The group is also required to give recipients voter registration materials. Flanagan, who is running for Senate, said the grants would ensure people can access the supports they need for safe, stable housing.
The practice, also called boofing, bypasses the digestive system and can increase the risk of overdose. Southside describes its work as promoting the health of drug users by supplying the kits and other paraphernalia.
