Our particular focus will be on the hips, pelvis, and lower back. The hips form the foundation of the pelvis, and the pelvis is the foundation of the spine. Improve your awareness skills as we study the bones, joints, and muscles in these challenging parts of the body.

Happy Memorial Day to all! What a great gift, the ducklings hatched over the weekend! Late Friday afternoon, the first emerged. They waited patiently for the rest before heading towards the river. Best of luck to them ❤️
Thank you to Angela Read Acupuncture and Hope for the pictures!

Did you know? The Mallard duck lives in a wide range of habitats and climates, from the Arctic tundra to subtropical regions. It is found in both fresh- and salt-water wetlands, including parks, small ponds, rivers, lakes, and estuaries, as well as shallow inlets and open seas within sight of the coastline.

Consuela the Mallard is doing great! Spending a lot of time sleeping, and rearranging the down feathers she plucks from her breast to line the nest. Looks pretty comfy!
