Tino Fiumara, our COO, will be leaving Salt Pump so he can spend more time with his family and for a role at Sun Life U.S. in Portland, ME. He's been a stalwart of our organization and we'll miss him dearly as a colleague and leader.

He's not going far though. He's said he's going to climb and hang more at Salt Pump!

Come try out the newest shoe tech from La Sportiva. Ian will have the Skwama Lite to try out, as well as other leading models from one of the most tried and true climbing shoe companies in the world.

La Sportiva has always been known for performance and has been the choice shoe of numerous cutting edge professionals. What shoes did Alex Honnold use while doing every single of his free solos?? La Sportiva.

At the end of the day all of our feet are different and just because your friend says their shoe is the best doesn't mean it'll work for you. So come and try shoes on for free, take some burns on different styles of climbs, and get feedback on what your feet like and need. You won't regret it!

on Wednesday. Get ready for that cleanly steep angle flanked by fun arete play...you know the setters are going to come up with some absolute fun.

Join us for some FREE Mat Pilates classes at Salt Pump. The team from FORM Pilates Studio in Portsmouth is holding two Mat Pilates classes at SP Portsmouth. They are free to Members, Punchcard holders, and day pass guests.
