Scotchman Peak: 4000 elevation gain, 8+ Miles.
Finally hit my PR – 3 hours and 8 minutes round trip. That sh^t is no joke a monster. And I LOVE it out there.
I always tell people to celebrate the small wins and the big ones because they BOTH matter. But a huge PR like this? It hits different for me.
Today Connie, Stacey, and I played 18 holes of golf in the heat. It was sweaty, it was fun and we crushed it!
Labor Day weekend lived up to the name. Labor of sweat. Labor of domination. Worth every second.

Out here getting it done and having fun!
Staying consistent, putting in work (actual work not just workouts ha), getting strong, and getting ready for some big hikes.
Nothing better than moving, exploring, and feeling ready for anything.

Cars slamming into each other. Motorhomes getting ripped in half. A truck jumped a ramp and drove straight through one.
The demo derby was so fun!
July 3rd at the Speedway brought out my inner PA redneck in the best way.
🇺🇸 Loud. Ridiculous. Insanely Fun. Perfect.

Give it all away.
Share your knowledge, your energy, and your passion generously.
Don’t hoard your best ideas or save your effort for the “perfect” moment.
Over the years, I’ve aimed to pour everything I have into the people I’ve worked with — to meet them where they are, stay present through it all, and give them everything I’ve got.
Mentor others. Go the extra mile in every session, every conversation, every decision.
The goal is to leave nothing behind – so that when you look back, you know you gave it everything you had, with nothing left unspoken, unwritten, or unused.
You have no regrets knowing you held nothing back, and created something that outlives you.
The more you give, the more impact you make, and ultimately, the more fulfilled you become.

Back in CDA and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Sun’s out, lake looks gorgeous, and the trails are no longer covered in snow.
Let’s go live it ☀️🥾⛰️

✈️ Different city same routine…
I don’t skip workouts when I travel.
I find a gym.
I figure it out.
I lift.
Even if I don’t know the layout.
Even if I have to figure out a new machine.
Trying something new builds more than muscle.
Staying consistent isn’t always easy.
But stopping makes it harder to get back into the flow of routine.
Can’t stop…. Won’t stop 💪🏼

This might surprise you, but I’ve learned just as much from my clients as they’ve learned from me.
Every person I’ve trained brings something. A story. A mindset. A lesson. If you’re paying attention, you see it. You absorb it. And it changes the way you show up, not just as a trainer, but as a human.
I’ve learned resilience from a client living with a chronic illness who showed up every single week, no matter how hard her body was fighting her.
I’ve learned dedication from a man who decided at 60 to train for Kilimanjaro. He showed up scared but ready.
I’ve learned patience from a client who had a stroke. Six months later he was boxing with me.
Ive learned pure fight from high school students fighting for scholarships at top D1 colleges.
If you think training is just about counting reps, you’re missing everything that matters.
You have to listen. Really listen.
Because if you’re open, your clients will teach you how to live better, fight harder, and keep showing up.
That’s what makes this work meaningful. That’s what makes it matter.
