✨ SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE AT YOGASIX POTOMAC ✨

Join us Sunday, November 8 from 2:15–3:45 PM for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Experience with Anitha. Through the healing vibrations of sound, you’ll be guided into a state of rest, reflection, and relaxation.

Anitha’s practice is rooted in the yogic tradition, with training alongside Indian classical musicians and Himalayan Nada Yogis, bringing a beautiful depth and authenticity to this experience.

🧘 No prior yoga or sound bath experience is needed. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound to do the rest.
