NOW HIRING: Office Assistant

Legacy Dance Company is looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant to join our team.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep a busy dance studio running smoothly.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Assisting families at the front desk
* Answering phones, emails, and messages
* Student and class registration support
* Maintaining studio organization and cleanliness
* Preparing materials for classes, events, and performances
* Assisting with social media and studio communications
* General administrative and office support

We’re looking for someone who is:
* Reliable and punctual
* Friendly and professional
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Comfortable learning new technology and software
* Able to work independently and problem-solve
* Passionate about creating a positive experience for our dancers and families

Preferred Qualifications:
* Administrative or customer service experience
* Strong communication skills
* Experience with social media is a plus

Schedule:
Part-time. General working hours are Monday - Thursday 3:45-7:00pm. Staff Meeting the first Sunday of the month. Additional hours (special events) will be discussed during the interview and may vary based on studio needs.

Compensation:
$18 per hour
+ Plus tuition exchange package
