As the weather warms up, we are leaning into balance and connection through intentional movement. We have a full calendar of events this May, featuring our Midtown Mimosa Flow on 5/2, Strings & Stillness on 5/20, and Urban Edge Flow on 5/30.

We are also thrilled to partner with Gratitude Hot Yoga Center for an Arm Balance Workshop series on May 3rd, 17th, and 31st. These sessions offer a supportive space to get upside down and practice balancing on your hands. Our first workshop kicks off this weekend, so make sure to reserve your spot before they are all gone.
