Fit4Mom North Shore FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms at every stage of motherhood.🤟 We help give Moms the STRENGTH for Motherhood!

WHAT IS STROLLER STRIDES?
-Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom. WHAT IS THE "OUR VILLAGE" MOM'S PAGE?
- Each week we will host play dates, Moms' nights out, and other activities for both you and your family. You'll not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will help to build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips, and most importantly laughter! We know there is tremendous power in moms coming together for a cause and this is why we support "Mom's With a Mission." This program is directed at helping better our community through organized activities focused on giving back to children, families, and the environment. So, come join us at one of our future play dates where our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and children. We made it with a few days to spare this month!

Breanne Pichikala is our August Mom of the Month🙌

Like we said in July, our community is full of deserving moms and we will appreciate you publicly too in time😘

Without Breanne we wouldn't have the rest of our 2026 Mom Nights (or Days) Out and family fun planned. She doesn't hesitate to use her event planning skills, or her time, to enrich our community. I love that we have had a chance to get to know Breanne and the whole family as she, her son Hudson, and her husband Nat participate in our Family Stroller Strides and Strides 360 classes almost every weekend! Not to mention she also takes full advantage of our Mom Only evening class offerings. Breanne is a model community member who fully engages with every FIT4MOM mom she meets and welcomes all our new moms too. She understands the importance of having a village and enriching everyone within it. We are lucky to have her and are excited to celebrate her this month!

Push away that Sunday 😱 feeling by planning out your FIT4MOM classes for the week! Camp Week 6 theme is Super Hero Training and we have a fun fine motor playgroup planned for tomorrow and Friday 🦸🦹: Rescue Mission. Grab your super hero cape or costume and save some stuffies!
