Let’s go 7th - 12th grade girls l. Let’s get some mat time in with other schools/clubs in the area.

Tomorrow’s practice we will meet at the Exeter Mart from 6-7 to show our support. Please find some time to come and show support. Any k-6 wrestler who shows up can stay for the 7-8 practice after if they choose to.

Our friends have stepped up to help the cause!

Choy's Caribbean Stir-Fry will be with us all day, 11am-7pm

Munchiezpa will be joining us for lunch, 11am-2pm

We will all be donating a portion of our sales to the Yeager family.

On behalf of everyone at Eagles Nest Wrestling Club, we would like to extend our deepest condolences to the members of the Central Berks Police Department, as well as the families, friends, and loved ones affected during this incredibly difficult time.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all those grieving this tremendous loss. We are grateful for the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of the men and women who serve and protect our communities every day.

May you find strength in one another, comfort in the memories shared, and support from the countless lives that have been touched by those you have lost.

What a night! What do you get when a room full of 12 girls get in and work hard while pushing each other in each position, finish strength and conditioning with time still for 2 innings of tap ball? A great way to close out the week before heading back to Kalahari on Sat!
