If you have ever been interested in learning more about Mantra, or if you are wanting to add to your practice, this workshop is for you!

Mantras have the power to change the practitioner at a very deep level and can act as a connector to the moment and to Spirit. This workshop will be informative as well as experiential. In the lecture portion, you will learn about the reasoning behind using mantras, ways in which mantras are used in yogic practices, various classifications of mantras, and guidelines for using a mala.

It will be in the experiential portion that we really begin to understand the shifts that can happen when we utilize mantras in our practices. We will explore using mantras in pranayama (breathwork), kriya (practices working with subtle energy), and meditation. Part of the experience will be repeating aloud and silently within a mantra to change the collective energy and our contribution to one of peace.

Come explore the profound power of mantra!

Sink into a deeply restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and invite the body into a state of rest.

Through the gentle layering of sound and vibration, this experience supports a natural shift from doing into being — allowing the mind to quiet, the breath to soften, and the body to receive.

Sound has a unique way of moving through us, creating subtle resonance that can help release tension and restore balance. Whether you are new to sound baths or returning to your practice, this is a space to simply lie down, listen, and allow.

Today we honor the many shapes love can take.

Mother’s Day can bring many feelings at once. Wherever this day finds you, we hope you move through it gently and with compassion for yourself.

One of my greatest gifts has been learning alongside my children — how to slow down, stay present, laugh more freely, and love more deeply. Sharing personal moments with them feels like a celebration not only of motherhood, but of connection and growth.

To all who nurture, support, guide, protect, teach, and care for others in ways seen and unseen — we honor you today.
