This weekend, our Albion U11 Girls brought home their first tournament championship at 3BR in Kalispell. 🏆⚽️💙

What makes this win so special isn’t the trophy, it’s everything that came before it.

For months, these girls have been putting in the work. Training hard. Learning new concepts. Building technical skills. Improving their soccer IQ. Learning how to play for each other and trust the process.

The reality of player development is that growth doesn’t always show up on the scoreboard right away. Sometimes you’re improving every week, but the results take time to catch up.

What impressed me most about this group is that they never doubted themselves. They never stopped believing. They kept showing up, kept learning, and kept competing, even when the wins weren’t coming.

This weekend, all of that hard work started to show.

They played with confidence. They trusted their abilities. They supported each other. And they got to experience what is possible when preparation meets opportunity.

As I told the girls after the final whistle:

“The trophy was earned this weekend, but it was built one practice at a time over the last several months.” Coach Jennings

Now they know.

They know they can compete.
They know they can win.
They know what they’re capable of when they play together.

The confidence gained from this weekend may be even more valuable than the championship itself. Once players see what’s possible, they start believing in what’s possible.

And honestly, I think this is just the beginning.

Congratulations, girls. We’re incredibly proud of you. The sky’s the limit. 💙⚽️🏆

This annual trip is a favorite tradition for our players and families, and 3BR is the largest tournament in Montana, bringing together more than 200 teams from Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Canada.
