🐴 25 COLTS, 3 BATCHES & A WHOLE LOT OF PATIENCE! 🐴

Weaning is officially behind us here at Lazy Six Nine Ranch!

Our c**ts are settling into their new routine, and before long, we’ll introduce a little grain and begin some light halter breaking.

With 25 c**ts to work with, we’ve decided to tackle them in three batches. That’s a lot of young horses, and we believe in taking our time and doing things right. Building trust, teaching patience, and giving each c**t a positive start is important to us. We won’t be rushing the process!

Our draft cross c**ts should be ready to head to their new homes around Thanksgiving! 🍁

Now…let’s talk about this handsome fella!

🇺🇸 Meet Crockett! 🇺🇸

Crockett is a handsome Percheron/Quarter Horse cross with that gorgeous roan coloring we love so much!

🐴 Sire: Chek, our registered Percheron stud.

🐴 Dam: Nike (Dani Roan Cowgirl), our AQHA mare.

And check out some of the names in his mama’s bloodlines!

⭐ Wimpy
⭐ Three Bars
⭐ Peppy San Badger
⭐ Lady Bugs Moon
⭐ King
⭐ Poco Bueno

That’s some pretty impressive Quarter Horse heritage paired with the size, substance, and presence of a Percheron!

Crockett is a really nice c**t, and we’re excited to watch him develop. We think he’s going to make someone a wonderful partner!

❤️ And yes…Crockett is AVAILABLE!

If you’ve been dreaming of owning a quality, ranch-raised draft cross, we’d love to visit with you about him.

🌟 Glory is Arkansas bound! 🌟

We are so excited to announce that this beautiful girl will be calling Arkansas home later this fall, once she’s weaned and has had some light halter training! 🐴

And the best part? Glory will be joining another Lazy Six Nine Ranch draft cross who already calls Arkansas home! ❤️

There is something incredibly rewarding about repeat buyers. Knowing that someone loves their first horse from our ranch enough to come back for another means more to us than words can express.

We put a lot of heart into raising our horses, and we are so grateful for the folks who believe in what we’re doing and the horses we’re raising.

To Glory’s new family, thank you for trusting us once again! We can’t wait to see these two together!

From our ranch to yours…thank you for being part of the Lazy Six Nine Ranch family! ❤️🐴

⚖️ JUSTICE 🇺🇸

This handsome young man has the looks, the breeding, AND the personality! ❤️🐴

Meet Justice, our ½ Gypsy Vanner × ½ Quarter Horse stud c**t!

🐴 Sire: Scout, our registered Gypsy Vanner stud

🐴 Dam: Cherry, our Quarter Horse mare

We actually have Justice’s full brother, Flash, who will be turning 7 this coming spring. And if Justice follows in his big brother’s footsteps, someone is going to have themselves one heck of a horse!

One thing we love about these c**ts is their disposition. They’re kind, curious, and genuinely enjoy being around people. Those are qualities we value just as much as good looks!

Justice is ranch-raised here in Montana, with plenty of room to grow, explore, and just be a horse.

❤️ And yes…Justice is AVAILABLE!

Message us for more information. We’d love to visit with you about him!
