๐ BARRE INTENSITY HAS OFFICIALLY ENTERED SPOOKY SEASON ๐ป
Tracks 72 is here, and Jasmine de LaCruz is BACK with a Halloween-themed class that is all treats, no tricks.
And because we want you actually teaching your Halloween choreography in October (not learning it on October 29th ), weโre dropping this one early so you have plenty of time to learn it, teach it, and make it your own.
But can we talk about the GENIUS thing Jasmine did with the music?
We all know the struggle: you find the perfect songโฆand itโs barely TWO MINUTES LONG. ๐
So Jasmine made the music work for HER.
Using Spotifyโs Mix feature, she doubled up select songs and mixed them together so they flow seamlesslyโessentially creating an extended version of the song without that stop/start feeling.
More time to build, layer, and work.
Tracks 72 includes:
๐ป Full Halloween class video with music
๐ 13 individually choreographed tracks
๐ธ๏ธ Custom mixed Spotify playlist
๐ค Detailed choreography notes
And when you subscribe to Barre Now, you donโt just get Tracks 72โyou unlock our entire library of classes, tracks, workouts + instructor resources ready when you need them.
No tricks. Just a whole lot of Barre Intensity treats. ๐ฌ
