5/19/26 TNC Races Cancelled

We put on races to hold races, not to cancel. However, the National Weather Service just issued a warning for the area and the latest forecast shows heavy thunderstorms starting during setup and continuing past race start. In consideration of safety and out of respect for those who are driving longer distances (especially with these gas prices) we are cancelling tonight’s Tuesday Night Crits.

As always, everyone will be rolled over until the next time they can race. If you cannot race a future race and prefer a refund, simply shoot an email to [email protected]

4/21 is canceled. With the rain expected to continue through the day and the fields, parking lot, and culverts already filling with water, trying to hold racing on a normal day would be improbable. With the special night we have planned to honor the winners of Series 1, start Series 2, and tribute and special prizes for Dory, we need better conditions. And honestly, I need the day. This past week has been rough. So, we’ll reload and make Tuesday, April 28th our biggest night ever! Everyone will be rolled over. If you’d prefer a refund, simply email me at [email protected]. Dory wouldn’t want sadness or people having less racing because of silent tribute laps. He’d want more racing and something on the line. To celebrate his life (and his Gold Medal in Atlanta), we’re putting up a $96 Prime in each of the 4 races tomorrow (4/21), plus $96 for the first woman across the line both the Women’s 3/4/5 “C” Race and the Women’s 1/2/3/4 “B” Race. The Open and Women's Primes will be on the same lap. Any woman that crosses the line first overall on that Prime Lap in either of those two races will win both the Open Prime and the Women’s Prime ($192).
