It is ear acupuncture that can settle your nervous system. It doesn’t hurt and it is pretty cool. If you don’t want needles we can also do ‘seeds’ which you can wear. It’s free this weekend so we can practice.

This year marks five years since I took over ownership of our studio, and it’s important to me that we celebrate in a way that extends beyond our studio walls. Yoga has always been a practice of connection, compassion, and community, and while we each come to it from different backgrounds, its roots remind us that this practice belongs to a much larger human story than our own.

As part of our five-year anniversary sale, 5% of all sales will be donated to the Roanoke Refugee Partnership, an organization that helps welcome and support individuals and families as they begin new lives in our community.

My hope is that this celebration honors both the practice that has given so much to us and the diverse community we have the privilege of serving.

I have a free photo shoot for offering Yoga on Airbnb. Unfortunately, he is only suggesting next wed. Looking at the temps it is going to be HOT! This would be an outdoor shoot.

My first thought is we do the shoot, and a full class, but with the temps...not sure.

For location I was thinking Smith park, under the trees. Or my deck. At least there I can run a fan.

So, my questions are-
1- would you be willing to help me with a photo shoot that is also a full class?
2- Would you be willing to do it in 100 degrees?
3- Are you able to do it on the 2nd?
4- Which location would you prefer? My deck or Smith Park?
5- If on my deck- it would be later to maybe capture sunset vibes.
6- Totally willing to do a class- just not in 100 degree heat. (If that is the case I will just tell him no and try to figure out what we can do)
