Boy! It sure has been HOT! Bringing back a good old post to remind everyone to stay Hydrated!!!!!! Drink water, eat water-rich fruits and veggies, and stay cool this summer!

As children develop dance skills, they are learning to listen, follow directions, express themselves, work with others, and believe in what they can accomplish.

The smiles may be what you notice first, but the confidence they build lasts long after class ends. 💜
