📚✨ A DAY TO REMEMBER: OUR FIRST PATRIOT AUTHOR EVENT! ✨📚

Saturday was a very special day at Patriots Gateway Community Center as we celebrated our first group of published Patriot Authors! 🎉📖

Our young authors were presented with their very own books—the result of their creativity, hard work, and imagination. Each author had the opportunity to:

✍️ Sign the library copy of their book
📚 Receive their own copies to take home and share
🎤 Take a turn in the Author Chair while their story was read aloud
❤️ Celebrate their accomplishment with family and friends

Seeing our young authors proudly hold their books and hear their stories shared was an incredible reminder of what happens when we give children the opportunity to create, dream, write, and be heard.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all of the families who came out to celebrate and support our young authors. Your encouragement means so much to them! ❤️

We are also incredibly grateful to United Way of Rock River Valley for providing the grant that helped make the Patriot Author Program possible. Your investment in literacy is helping us give children experiences that build confidence, creativity, and a love of reading and writing. 📚✨

This is just the beginning! We can't wait to see the stories our future Patriot Authors have waiting to be told. 🖊️📖

But we need your help to make it happen!

We are inviting local businesses, organizations, families, and community members to become a Pumpkin Palooza sponsor or make a donation.
