We make time for what we prioritize.
Let me put it this way, when you run into somebody that you haven’t seen in a while. What do you say to them? “Oh let’s get together.”
It doesn’t happen. Why? Because it is not a priority. If that was someone that you REALLLLY wanted to see, you would make the time to see them.
Exercise is the Exact. Same. Thing. If this is a priority for you, you will find a way to get it done.
Having trouble, let’s look at your schedule. DM me and we WILL find a time to chat.
My Time Fitness
Individualized personal training and nutrition coaching. I help peri/menopausal women over 45 become stronger and healthier for life.
I began in the health/fitness field because I saw that women tend to put everyone else first and let their own health/fitness fall to the wayside. I believe that if we don't take care of ourselves we will not be able to take care of EVERYONE else who depends on us.
We make time for what we prioritize.

Time for a quick reminder! You cannot spot reduce.
If you do 1,000 crunches or 100 bicep curls, you will not lose fat in those areas. You WILL gain muscle. Your body will lose fat the way it wants to lose fat; in my personal and professional experience, fat loss occurs from the FIRST place you want to lose it LAST! Please do not shoot the messenger!
What’s the best way to lose fat? A combination of:
💪🏻 strength training,
🍔 nutritional adjustments,
🚶♀️keeping that body moving!
DM me with questions about how.
While this may not seem like it is fitness- or nutrition-related content, it absolutely is.
Putting the right team behind you, getting the right coaching,
having the right attitude,
using patience.
Committing the time.
That is how goals are achieved.
This is why I love college sports.
This is why I love coaching.
This is absolutely fitness- and nutrition- related. ❤️🤍

Here’s a book worth your time.
Not a self-help book in the sense that it is fiction, but the lessons are very much non-fiction.
Tilda is Visible opens with a woman who is 52 and literally disappearing. Her pinky is gone. She can still FEEL it, mind you, it didn’t fall off. She, nor anyone else, can see it, however. Tilda is diagnosed with a condition called “Invisibility”; affecting women, often starting in their late forties.
This book explores, in a way that is both humorous and poignant, the feelings a woman may have while aging in a society that:
Values youth over experience.
Beauty over knowledge.
Needing to figure it out before she disappears completely, Tilda looks inward to find herself. Author Jane Tara

Is it normal to shout expletives at the owl when you don’t finish a matching challenge. Asking for a friend 😬😳🇪🇸

Despite what was believed generations before, menopause is not the end of the road: we can START feeling better. We can START getting stronger. NOW.
Because many of my clients are close to my age, it was super important to learn about menopause, better understand it. I’ve been working with this organization for 3 years, and just renewed my certification.
It does not mean the end of feeling good. Or getting stronger. For some of my clients, it’s the beginning of BOTH of those and WOW do they feel good!
