Welcome, Wendy Weinstein to the Selah Yoga family! 🕊️🩵
Wendy will be teaching a 45 min. vinyasa express at 8:45am on Wednesdays — starting this week!
From her first yoga class in 2008 to becoming certified in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Wendy has spent years helping students move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
Known for her creative Power Vinyasa flows, uplifting playlists, and focus on proper alignment, Wendy brings both athletic energy and a calming presence to every class. As a certified nutrition coach, she’s passionate about supporting wellness both on and off the mat.
Her mission is simple: to help quiet the mental noise so you leave class feeling more peaceful, grounded, and inspired than when you arrived. 💛

Today, we reflect with gratitude on the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of those who have served and continue to serve. ❤️🤍💙
We will resume our regular schedule Tuesday and look forward to seeing you back on the mat 🩵
