⨠Todayâs Teacher Spotlight â¨
Every week, weâre honored to introduce one of the incredible teachers who helps make Selah Yoga a place where everyone feels welcome, supported, and inspired. This week, weâre shining the spotlight on Cindy Romano. đ¤
With more than 20 years of personal yoga practice and over a decade of teaching experience, Cindy brings an incredible depth of knowledge, compassion, and wisdom to every class she leads. She completed both her 200- and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training through the American Yoga Academy and has helped shape the next generation of yoga instructors as a Lead Teacher for a Yoga Teacher Training Program, mentoring hundreds of aspiring teachers along the way.
Today, Cindy shares her passion through Wall Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Stretch & Strength, and Face Yoga, frequently leading workshops and special events that continue to enrich our yoga community. Her classes are thoughtful, welcoming, and empowering, meeting students exactly where they are while encouraging them to discover whatâs possible.
A true local, Cindy was born and raised in West Caldwell, where she married her high school sweetheart 46 years ago and raised their four children. But if you ask Cindy, her favorite title of all is âGrandmaâ to her six wonderful grandchildren. đ
Whether youâre new to yoga, looking for a gentle practice, or hoping to deepen your journey, Cindy has a remarkable gift for helping every student feel seen, encouraged, and capable.
