3 reasons LEAD is where you should be this summer:

If you’re a college athlete home for the summer, LEAD is your space

1) It was made with every resource you are used to having in your college weight room (and more 😉)
No need to do tantrums and pogos in the middle of crunch for everyone to judge.

2) We have college-only groups and open gym so you can train however you want.

3) College friendly pricing! As a former college athlete, I’m not here to put a financial train on your summer. With discounted pricing, you could train for as little as $10/session

Spring Block 2

“If you don’t get stronger during this block, I don’t know what to tell you!”

We’re switching it up!
Where we typically focus on adjusting volume or load, we’re bringing an intense strength pairing that’ll help you find me limits.

Introducing iso-dynamic sets!

Each set of that day’s primary lift starts with a 10sec isometric; forcing you to maintain great posture or form halfway through the movement, drawing you closer to fatigue, and recruiting more muscle fibers before sending you into multiple full ROM reps.

If you’re a LEADer, you’ve done plenty of contrast training with an isometric or long, eccentric before a powerful movement. Think of that on steroids.

High likelihood that you will not be able to use as much weight as you normally due because of the increased fatigue, but rest assured, we’re going to come out the other side of this stronger than ever!
