I don’t. hope this helps 🫶🏼😂

some weeks I’m booked, productive, meal prepped & thriving. other weeks I’m answering emails from the parking lot and wondering how we’ve already run out of groceries again.

finally made it out of the group chat 🥂🌊

Beach Pilates with your favorite people just hits different, especially for a bachelorette weekend or girls trip in St. Augustine.

I bring everything to you, whether we meet on the beach or at your Airbnb. You just bring the girls. 🤍

Planning a St. Augustine trip? Book through the link in my bio or DM me and we’ll get your date on the calendar.

Tonight we’re sprinkling a little MyoYin into our usual practice. 🫶🏼

We’ll use tennis balls for some targeted myofascial release, then give the body time to settle into those longer Yin holds.

Coming in studio: I’ve got you covered.
Joining me online: grab a tennis or massage ball so you can play along!

See you at 6:30 PM The Yoga Collective 🤍

If you’ve been curious about Yin or MyoYin, tonight’s a good one to come see what it’s all about.

apparently the girls are adding yoga to the itinerary now 💅🏼🌊

And I fully support it.

Beach yoga, Pilates, matching sets, your favorite people + an excuse to do something together before the rest of the day starts.

2026 has been very good to me and my little mobile studio. 🥹 2027 brides… I see you already creeping in my inbox 👀
