Synchronize breath and movement to circulate Qi through the body. Release stagnation. Feel lighter.

🥋 Taijiquan Long Form
9:30 – 11:00am · w/ Grandmaster Dr. Torres
Learn the Guang Ping Yang form — considered the original Yang-style Taiji, passed down through generations. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from a Grandmaster.
