Blend ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training into a low-impact, high-repetition workout in Barre Above.

This class uses a combination of standing and floor exercises, often incorporating resistance bands light weights or other exercise props.

Barre Above meets Tuesdays from 6 - 7 p.m.

Try out Barre Above for free as an annual Rec Center member! If you aren't an annual member you can purchase a drop in pass or registering for a 5-week session.

Kids will learn the basics of tumbling activities while also building their social skills and self-esteem.

Get dressed up and let's do the twist together at the Rec. We are one week away from our Mom & Son Sock Hop event!

Sons, grab you mom, step mom, grandma, aunt or other special lady in your life and get ready for an evening of 1950s fun!

The night will include a DJ, dancing, photo prop area, inflatable guitars, ice cream and more!

Whether it is a wedding shower, birthday party or family reunion, our parks are the perfect place to gather.

Three of our parks have pavilions for you to rent: Curtiss Park, Tefft Park and Mill Pond Park.
